Meech Boakye

Meech Boakye (BA in Visual Studies, University of Toronto) is an artist and writer based in "Portland, Oregon". Their practice is rooted in multi-species collaborations — works are fed, aged, shared; digested in stomachs or piles of hot compost; and written with friends and artificial intelligence. Boakye’s practice attempts to dream up speculative futures embedded in care, documenting research as a method of knowledge sharing that archives our continuous entanglements with each other.
